Mouse becoming invisible after use

While using the iOS Teamviewer app remote controlling my Win 10 laptop will have its mouse courser invisible after I disconnect. If I hover over somewhere I can type or click then it appears with the I courser icon or the click mouse icon. Changing my mouse corrects it as well. I use a custom mouse cursor.
