Quicksupport : Problems with LG K4 (ID not activating)

The thing is that I install the quicksupport version in my LG K4, then when I start it, shows me the add-on for LG. Everything ok, after installing the add-on try to start again and work, but the ID never activate. I already try unistall everything, reboot and install, reintall and reboot, etc. And still not working, and I can't figure out what is wrong, cause Work great on my other phone (LG K10).
