Rejected an aproval

I have used this system for a while between 2 android, (Samsung s9 + and moto g6 play) for some time now. but lately I submit the number and when reaches the moto, you click approved, and is read on the samsung as "rejected" from the moto., when was click approved .

 

In other words, the system is reading the "approval" of access as a "reject", how do I solve this?

I have restarted the phone, clear cache and cookies from play store, unistall and install the app, reset the setting of the phone and nothing has fixed the problem

    I recommend you to update the application of both devices.

    The latest version is the version 14.5.224

    You can update it from the Google Play Store or get the APK directly from this link: Download TeamViewer.apk
