Remote Control for Samsung A10s

Hi,

I am able to see the remote mobile from a desktop, using the Quicksupport app on the Samsung A10s. However, remote control is not permitted. I am also not getting the "activate" remote control, that I get on other mobiles. Please advice how to proceed.
