Hi! 

 

On my Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e (Model nr.: SM-T725)

There is some issues with Teamviewer 15 Quicksupport,

as it is twisting the screen sideways, with the wrong aspect ratio(See attached images)

I am running Teamviewer Quicksupport v. 15.1.24 QS (UDP enabled)

My PC client(Win 10) is v. 15.1.3937

    same problem here. it worked on an old ASUS tablet.

    do you have the WIFI only version of the S5e?

    I use a version with 4G support.

    Hi @PeterAckermans 

    It's the 4G model here. The tablet belongs to my mother and I haven't revently tested whether the problem persists. I take it from you that it does. I had hoped for an update to the Android application that would remedy it.

    Too bad.

    Can't believe this issue was reported in January and it's still unresolved in late April!

    I'm seeing the same in two Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e tablets (WiFi only model)
    Model: SM-T720
    Android v9
    Team Viewer Host 15.4.33 HM
