not working on Motorola Moto E (Android 5)

Installed TeamViewer QuickSupport on Motorola Moto E running Android 5.

Installed TeamViewer Remote Control on a Samsung J3 Orbit running Android 9.

I get the remote "desktop" on the Samsung, but I cannot do anything such as install apps or open app on the Moto E.
