with this android box when i had android 6 quick support did not bother but with update to android 7 quick support crasha any command you give, what can that be from this problem?

I can remote into mine, but if I launch Kodi to change a configuration, the screen freezes. If I log out then back in I can continue from where I left off, only to have it freeze up again a few seconds later.
