screen goes black

Yesterday I downloaded TeamViewer Quick Support on a PC with Windows 10. I installed the app on my phone to control the remote computer. The computer user is in the locked state. So you have to press a key on the keyboard or a click of the mouse to be able to enter the password and access the desktop. Unfortunately, as soon as I simulate the mouse click, the screen goes black and even if I type in the password and press enter, nothing happens.

App version 14.7.253 CL

Does your remote computer have an active RDP session running on it?
