subscription renewal from apple/itunes

Automatic subscription renewal comes from apple device/itunes store.   the subscription was invoiced through but the account was not renewed.   Therefore my teamviewer account changed from Business to Free and we cannot engage our client base anymore.

Called for support,  unfortunately it is a 45 minute wait time.  

I Phone status on the Team Viewer App in settings menu states that " Thank you for your purchase.  Your account is being upgraded to the Business Plan"    It has been like this for 24hrs.

Any help would be appreciated.
