Android: Starting host app on ___ timed out

I'm trying to use teamviewer to connect to an older android so I can send WOL packets from inside my local network. It works at first but then after a few hours when I try to connect to the phone it says "Starting Host app on ___" followed by "Starting Host app on ___ timed out". If I push the power button on the phone to wake up the screen I can remotely start the app and connect fine again for a few hours before it stops working again. Is there a way to fix this problem?

In case you're wondering I'm trying to use this setup to wake up my desktop when I'm out of the house so I can access it when I want without running up the power bill. Thanks in advance :smileyhappy:

    I have the same problem . The host on phone just stopped responding to remore wakeup

    I have the same problem its supposed to lunch the app remotely... if this issue isn't fixed then it'll totally negate the purpose of the app
