Android(V5.1) device use QuickSupport crash and reboot

My android tablet installed QuickSupport.apk and then I sended a remote control from my pc,my pc connected my tablet normally,received or sended msg normally too,but my pc can't receive the tablet's desktop view;after i installed QuickSupportAddon.apk and control the tablet by my pc,then my pc can receive the view of my tablet's desktop,but from now on , my tablet is out of control and after a few seconds,my tablet reboot. How can i solve this?
