Android to Android devices will not connect using TeamViewer Host

I am trying to access an android device from another android device using teamviewer host. When I try to connect and remote control the android device that has teamviewer host, I couldn't connect. It keep giving me this message "Starting Host app on..........timed out". Please help.....
