Archos add-on for Hello7 not found in Playstore

I gave a Archos Hello7.
The Teamviewer QuickSupport Android app asks me to install addon, but then playstore indicates "item not found" while I can see an add-on for Archos in the playstore.
Installing manually the addon does not fix the problem.
Any fix?
Teamviewer tech support, please fix the problem...
