Can't connect from Iphone to windows 10 teamviewer 12

Teamview ver 12.0.75813H is running on a win 10 machine. Had problems with connecting from other laptop but when I installed ver 12 on remote laptop there was solved.

Now I want to use my Iphone with app.version 14 but I can't connect.

I getting "Unable to connect" "A connection could not be established. Reason unknown".

Other people using mobile device to connect so I don't understand. Any ideas ?  Can I download a version 12 from somewhere to my mobile and try ? On appstore I just can install version 14.

    Try instal same major version at PC and ios device..

    I did it today and problem is solved at my iphone
