Can't install Samsung Add-on

Samsung Galaxy A2 Core, Android 8.

  • Can't install the Samsung Add-on from the Play store.
  • Can connect to the phone with TeamViewer and see the dashboard and list of apps, but can't control the device remotely.

    Sorry JeanK but this link is a year old. we have an issue now. that threat said we do not need add on anymore. ok. but why in 2020 teamviewer QS still requires add on, what cannot be installed on the device? the thing is it's works on my Samsung Note9, on my samsung J1, my mother in law's samsung J2, but not works on my mothers samsung J2 core... how come?
