Cannot connect from ios to PC - reason unknown

log file says "LicenseNeeded"

works no problem on other ios phones and my admin PC

tried a different username and still comes up with reason unknown immediately.

    Thank you for your post.

    Have you sign in your account that is associated with your license on iOS device before connecting to PC? Otherwise it is recognized as a private use.
