Cannot remote control some application android

Hello, I remote control the android tablet of my mother (82 Years old) from windows 10.

All is ok , I can control and see the tablet screen except for some application. When I launch them I've no screen anymore. I do not lose the control, but cannot see anything.

Applications are Bank. I guess they are protected but I do not know if there is any setting I should do under teamviewer. As I need to control these apps.
