Datalogic Add-On

Hi,

We are using InTune to managed devices.  One brand that we manage is Datalogic.  We can file transfer and access the device via TeamViewer but cannot remotely control the device.

When will an Add-On be available for this brand.

    Please find the article regarding the Supported manufacturers for remotely controlling Android devices, as you can see in the list Datalogic is part of it, however, it is only a partially supported manufacturer.

    If your smartphone is not requesting you to download an add-on after launching the QuickSupport this means that your device is not supported for remote control.
