How to automatically connect an Android device to control remotely Windows 10 PC ?

I have samsung galaxy S7 and im connection to a Windows 10 desktop and that app works fine and perfect but i wish to use my wireless mouse that works perfectly fine on my phone for everything else but not on this app is there anyway to make this work? 

It picks up the left and right clicks on the mouse but any directional movement does not work
