IOS Start Broardcast button not available

Having opened TV QS on Ipad with latest software, and then gone to control centre to add in Screen Recording. I then swipe up to control center long push the screen record button. I getr some options but TV is already ticked. But thier is no Start Broardcast option.

    I have the exact same issue - Iphone6S with IOS version 11.4.1 and TeamViewer 13.2.5287
