IPad Display issues

When I try to connect to my computer on my iPad , theres a large empty black space towards the bottom. I don’t know if it’s a bug or not, but how do I fill the whole iPad screen so that space goes away?  My computer native resolution is 1366 x 768 and I set it for best fit in teamviewer settings. 27EB1392-F6BC-42EE-82B7-3356D0C1C69D.png

    Hi @Artirles

    Thank you for your post.

This is indeed not a bug, but related to the resolution.

Can you try and turn your iPad 90 degrees. Maybe the resolution is better and the screen has a better fit then.

Please let me know, if this could help. Looking forward to your answer and wish you a great day.

    All the best,

    Hi @Artirles

    Thank you for your answer.

In an active session, can you please tap on the little gear wheel on the left. In the settings, you have the possibility to set a differen Screen resolution.

Maybe you can try out which resolution would be the best fitting for you?

Could be possible that you have to scroll down/up or left/right to see the whole screen - but you won't have the black part anymore.

Hope this could help. Wish you a great day.

    All the best,
    Natascha

I went through all the resolution options and found that 1024 x 768 was the one that filled my iPad screen. But overall it looks too large.  I tried to use another app like Microsoft’s own Remote Desktop app and it can fill up the screen at a higher resolution. Couldn’t TeamViewer do the same and improve the resolution?
