Issue logging in with iOS

Hi everyone, I’ve been a long time user with android and recently I bought an iPad Pro and I installed team viewer , but I’ve been getting issues while trying to log in  

i know the password is correct, because I use the windows and android clients just fine and the website as well. I’ve even reset it a few times just in case, and no luck. Does anyone have any ideas? It is only an issue in iOS for some reason.
