Management of an Android smartphone without the presence of a person

Hello everyone,

I installed TeamViewer (TV) on my Huawei Mate 9 with Android 8.
I have both SIM PIN and screen unlock PIN set up.

I would like to be able to access my phone if the screen cracks and I can't use it. When I connect to the phone from my desktop it starts the host app on the phone but it won't go anywhere from "Connecting to Mate 9..." until I unlock the screen with either a fingerprint or screen lock PIN, in fact, even when I unlock the screen I have to restart the connection on my desktop sometimes.

Is there a way to force the TV Host app to let me enter the screen lock PIN via TV desktop?
Is there a way to do that with the screen lock PIN and the SIM PIN when the phone is restarted?
