My Android device does not turn on the screen when remote controlling

I usually connect from my iPhone SE to a Android M4 Aqua and everything was fine. Now, when I try to connect to the Android device, the screen of the Android doesn not turn on, so I can't control my Android Device since I can't enter the pin code or any other function.

When I connect to the Android Device from my Windows computer everything run well, so what is the problem or what am I doing wrong?
