QuickSupport requirements for iOS devices
We use intune with restriction applied to our field iPads. The QuickSupport app doesn't work when pressing the Start Broadcast button. The chat function works. IOS 12.4 with TV 14. Is there a list of minimum requirements for the application to work on an iPad?

Thank you for your message.
To run version 14, your iPad needs to have a 64-bit processor, as explained in our Knowledge Base article here: Which operating systems are supported? -iOS
If your iPad runs on a 32-bit processor, you may have to contact our support to get a previous version that works fine.
