Teamviewer QC is not working in full function on Android box

Hello Everyone!
I have installed TeamViewer QC on my Android box. I could connect to it from my PC but I couldn't control the device. The only thing I could do is to uninstall apps and transfer files.
note that when I opened it at the first time I got the following message: 

This device supports the additional 'Remote control' feature. Please contact our support for further inofrmation. 
OS firmware: AOSP 1

So what is the problem and what is the solution?
