Teamviewer host, doesn't work on mobile data connection

Hi,

teamviewer host on my smartphone oneplus 6 with wifi connection does works good,

but when I switch to only mobile data connection it doesn't work and the message in the main page is "activation team viewer in progress" with a yellow flag. 

I need to use it with my mobile data connection, can you help me?
