Windows 10 mobile - Not ready, please check connection

Hello, all. Im currently running Windows 10 mobile, build 15254.401, and Im not able to connect TW from my phone to PC. I already reinstalled the app two times, also downgraded TW on my PC to version 12, with no success. 

So basically everytime I put my ID, and press remote control, Error message pops app. 

Current version for mobile - 13.100.86422
