myPhone Hammer Explorer - Teamviewer Host Blue Hand

Hello! I've used 'teamviewer host' to control android phones successfully so far, but now I have bought a new device and I have a problem! I searched the forum and found no answer to my question.

Teamviewer Host (and also quicksupport) connect successfully, I can see the screen but I can't control it (from android to android or from computer to android) - i see Blue Hand Cursor instead when i 'click'. I can't do nothing and i didnt found solution how to get rid of this problem.

So far on the previous phone (of the same brand - it was myPhone Hammer AXE M lte) worked correctly and I could control the device, but the system was older.

Current Device info: myPhone Hammer Explorer - Android 9,
teamviewer team, could you help please?

p.s i didn't found add-ons for myPhone / Hammer
