Please follow these steps to activate one Pilot technician:

In order to activate a Pilot license for 2 or more Pilot technicians, you will need:
Note: If you do not have a TeamViewer account yet, please follow these steps first: How to create a TeamViewer account (Video tutorial)
Note: If you do not have a Company profile, please read this article first: How to create your company profile
Hint: The creation of a company profile is only possible with a Premium, Corporate or Tensor plan. If you have a TeamViewer Business license activated on your TeamViewer account, please set up your TeamViewer Pilot license and your company profile on a different account.

Once you have a TeamViewer account, a company profile with the users added as members of your company profile, the activation can begin.
Hint: Please remember to check if you have these first 3 requirements before continuing.
The administration of your company (in this case MyCompany) will appear in a PopUp. In the General tab of the PopUp, go to your Licence Pilot Subscription and edit the settings.
Once the Save button is clicked, your licenses are assigned and ready to be used.
