Accidentaly used all my license moves

Hello Teamviewer,

I have a paid business license and the email accont is [personal information removed by moderator]

I have accidentaly used al my license moves and now I cannot replace one of the 3 devices I am allowed to use for monitoring my network. And now I cannot use my main monitoring computer with teamviewer.

I understood that this moves allowance needs to be reset, so please reset my allowed number of moves.

  • One of my three computers crashed, and I had to replace it.  I have used all my moves to deactivate one of computers and activate it on the new one.  I was wondering if you could reset my moves as well?
