After restarting in Safe Mode with Networking, computer stuck in Safe Mode

Repeatable behaviour. Since upgrading to TV13 - I connect to a TV10 Host and initiate restart-in-safe-mode. From now on, the computer will only restart in safe mode until I manually visit the computer, run msconfig and remove "safe mode" check mark.
