Audio issues in meeting

Hello, I'm trying to have a meeting with audio/video chat and when the presenter runs a audio file the sound is getting muted every few seconds. So the participant hears only few parts of the audio file while the presenter hears everything.
It looks like every sound the participant makes triggers an echo suppression mechanism which also mutes the sound from other sources.
Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Might be related to the noise theshold option. Go to options and somewhere in audio settings you can turn the treshold off.
