Auto Renewal Cancellation

Hello.

I created a ticket for auto renewal cancellation. But after 1 week, I did not get a response. When I call on the phone, the phone is constantly busy and the operator says "You are waiting for other users because it is served". How long does this process take on average?

Update: I called back on the phone and received an email that it was stopped. Thank you.

    I want to cancel Auto Renewal but have not succeeded. Please help.
