Automatic update from version 7 to 9 - license doesn't work !

Our TeamViewer 7 started automatically update to version 9.However version 9 doesn't work with our license.

Please let me now how can we solve abovementioned issue.  

I appreciate your quick response.

Any update and reply on the ticket will be sent to your email inbox and you are able to reply the ticket with your email.

Alternatively, you may check for the status on TeamViewer Support Portal. Please noted to use the the licensed account to login to Support Portal.
