Black Screen after Windows 10 update
Dear Support,
I have a HP spectre laptop Windows 10 and over the weekend, i noticed a black screen on connection to work PC (Win 7 Pro). I then tried logging to a different teamviewer client and black screen appears again. It transpires it appears on each client pc. I have licenced TV 13 installed and would appreciate any help.
Ive tried logging from a win 8 laptop and it works fine - just not with the Win 10 laptop. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still same problem.

Solved: I updated the intel driver and miraculously it then worked perfectly!
Also you may try lowering the screen resolution too and re check.

im also on W10 with the same problem since the last windows update
ANy progress so far? I allready tried to upadte the graphic drivers ans aldo .NET Framework but nothing did fix this issue so far for me.

Have you tried screen refresh in the TV banner view options?
I attempted to roll back intel graphics driver and then updated the driver again - now updated to 17/10/17 - version 22.20.16.4836 (HD Graphics).
