I upgraded my free version of Teamviewer 14. When I try to connect to the remote desktop appears a black screen and I can't work over the remote computer.
My local system is Ubuntu 18 and the remote system is Ubuntu 14.
Do you have any idea to fix this problem?

As of Teamviewer 14, Black Screen is no longer a feature in the free product.
Here is my only question... Who ever decided to update from the free version to the paid version in order to get the black screen?
No one, I suppose. Although, I wonder how many free customers are sad they no longer have black screen.
