Black screen

I can not activate the "show black screen" action on my computer. I put 'v' on this action and it automaticly activates the "disable remote input" that works (it is disabled) but still black screen does not appear.

Can it be connected to the Admin access of the computer or to my TeamViewer account (the computer is not assigned to any account)? Or what is it connected to?

Should I update any driver of Windows or of TeamViewer?
