Branded Quick Support loses Personalized branding when File Name Changes in Version 12.

Hi TeamViewer,
Changing the downloaded file name makes it lose the Personalized Branding I created. I just talked to support over the phone and they said it was a known issue and they are working on it. She tried to convince me this bug existed in version 10 and 11 but that is clearly not the case.
Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
