Business License problem.

I have business licence, and as I know I should be able to register 3 devices for a single ID, and I can use this single ID to connect to others once at a time.

I have experience problem with this licence, where no one use teamviewer to connect anywhere, but one of my devices can't connect because of limitation.

Please Solution for this problem?

Thank you for posting in our community.
Your case is most probably because one of your device was using the license and you were not aware of it.
Next time when this happens again, please call us  immediately and we can help you find whether/which device is using your channel.
