Can't Connect to Partner List on Teamviewer 5

I have a business licence for Teamviewer 5. I made a new account on the website and the client wont connect to it. Keeps saying "The username and password you entered do not match any accounts on record.". After playing around with it, this what i found out: any new account i create can't connect to the partner list via the Teamviewer 5 client. My colleague has an old account and he can connect through it. My new account works on the latest client (v13). My colleague has a licence for Teamviewer 10. The new accounts don't work on that one either.

Any help would be appreciated
