Can't connect through Teamviewer client from the management console?

I haven't used this in months because I only sporadically need to look at my home computer from other locations using my notebook. I have Windows 8.1 on my notebook and Windows 10 on my home computer; my default web browser is Firefox. When I login to the Teamviewer website I see my home computer listed when I click "Connect" I get the message "Connecting to xxxxxxxxx" and a spinning circle; I'll see the Teamview icon on the taskbar blink and if I click on it the Teamviewer client will pop up but it never opens to my computer.

How can I get this to work?

    Same thing here.

    Already purchased buinsess license for my company and feel pitty I didnt took **Third Party Product** instead...
