Commercial Use
ever since the upgrade this weekend I have been receiving suspected commercial use and it won't even stay connected for 5 minutes and then times out.
I have an older TV10 license

Thank you for your post. Please make sure, that you have installed the latest TeamViewer version 10. If you have the latest version 12, please uninstall this version.
Please go to our page here and download your version 10. Now you can sign in with your licensed account.
