I just upgraded from TV 12. I had a Computers & Contacts list before which included all of the computers on my client's network. It is now gone. How do I restore that?

    Hello DarrellBurns,

I am sorry maybe this is a stupid question but did you use the same account for teamviewer 12 and 13?

    Thank you for using teamviewer.

    Hello DarrellBurns,

Could you look on the webclient? Could you see if they are there?

Yes, I do see them all in the Management Console. But in the last version there was a link to  Computers & Contacts in the lower right corner of the main TeamViewer window which would pop up a skinny list. Has that been eliminated?

No,  Windows 7. I had that option before I upgraded to v13,
Here's a screenshot of my version. I notice that it says "License: Free", although I activated my license.

    Hello DarrellBurns,

I think i know what he issue is. You'll have to activate you're license on teamviewer 13 (maybe it's because you have more then 50 computers in you're list that the list does not show up)

Here, i'll redirect you to another post here.

    I hope this helps,

    Thank you for using teamviewer.

  • Is there no way to get the skinny list of computers and contacts that fits well on the side of the screen?  The new one is very wide even at its smallest, and includes the empty space to the right of the computers and contacts list.
