Connect Teamviewer 15 on Teamviewer Quicksupport 8
Hi,
We need to buy Single User Business License, but I have one question. We servicing many old CTP machines and their consoles. They are usualy on W2k or W2k3 Server. For remote W2k site we need Teamviewer QuickSupport version 8. At our side we have last version TV 15 on Win10x64Pro, or on Android mobile device. I tried to make connection, but it says that is client version too old. I didnt find any solution about this. Can someone explain me how it works. When we buy licence does we have a possibility to connect this combination, or we need to use same version (in this case TV 8 and TVQS 8).

You are right: Without a license, you cannot connect to older TeamViewer version anymore. See: Updating to the latest and greatest version of TeamViewer.
However - license holder are not affected by this.
Please make sure that TeamViewer supports the operating system for a hassle-free experience: Which operating systems are supported?
