Connection to a Windows server after a reboot

I installed TeamViewer host as a service on a Windows server, the service is correctly started but I can't get access until a session is opened on server side. Is it possible to connect without anay session opened ? how ?

I did check (personnal translation)
- grand authorisation to open Windows Session on Security tab
- integral acces if user connect to windows signon form
