Create a quicksupport module in English instead of French
Hi there,
My interface is in French, but in order to support international customers, I would like to create an english quicksupport module. How can I do that?

Thank you for your posts.
The display language of the customised modules will always adapt to the language of your browser.
That means that you would not have to create different modules for your different customers -- an English customer who downloads your QuickSupport module on an "English system" will automatically receive the English version of the module.

Do you have already tried to change the language to be used before accessing the web management console?
Probably the behavior of the scripts to create executables varies with this parameter.

Hi,
I just tried, same results, the interface is in French so I am guessing it is taking into account the language of the OS.

I think so.
There's another thread on this topic here and a question like yours not yet replied. In any case I'm sure the system is present only that I have not found it yet! :-(
