Creating a TeamViewer account to access only one server in a group of many?
I have a user that is responsible for only one server because of the proprietary software that is loaded on it. I have added the user to the group but the user can only see me in their connections list. How do I get that user’s TV to populate the group of servers and more specifically the required server alone? I want to do this with the user account because they are a contractor and it is company policy to only disable users should they return (which is likely in this case).

Thank you for your message.
You need to share the group of servers to this specific user, so he can actually see them in his Computers and contacts list.
You will find all the information you need in our Knowledge Base article here: Sharing groups
Hint: The user will see all the servers which are in this specific group.
If this user will connect only to one specific server, then I recommend you to whitelist this user (and all other users who might connect to it) on this server. You will find all the information you need in our Knowledge Base article here: Black and whitelist
P.S: If you want an all-round control of your user's connections, then the Tensor license would be the best option, as it has the Conditional Access feature. You will find all the information about Tensor and Conditional Access here: TeamViewer Tensor
