The user I remote to gets a prompt after I close the session, it is a question to the user if they want to generate at new random password, they get three choises, Inactivate or Generate a new or Keep and then some seconds is ticking.

How can I hide this from the user so they do not have look att this every time I remote them?

Maybe a Dword under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TeamViewer\MsgBoxDontShow?

    Hi @AL-IT ,

    Thank you for your post.

Please see following setup on a remote device.

TeamViewer software > Extras > Options > Advanced > Show advanced options > Please choose Keep current - random password after each session under Advanced settings for connections to this computer.

    Hope this will be helpful.

Have you found a fix for this? This happens to our terminal server environment as well. We have 20-25 users on each server and some of them would click "Disable" which removes the password for everyone else.

Even if we have the Advanced Options set to "Keep Current" after each session, this pop up still appears.

How can this pop up be disabled permanently?

You have to create new a policy or add a settings to your existing one:

Random password after each session - set it to: " Keep current" + enforce
