Disapointed with TeamViewer 13 x 'Kaspersky' issues

With Windows 10, it comes a message saying that "Kaspersky Internet Security was found in this computer" and so on. TeamViewer is in the Kasperskys list of trusted programs. The port 5938 is opened in the modem. Besides that TeamViewer says that connection is not ready. I can not even tap ID or password: doesn't accept any digit.

I have tried with Kaspersky suspended and there was no change.

I have seen many discussions about this theme but no real answer for it.

Next step seems to be to delete TeamViewer and forget it.
